In accordance with ISO 9453 and J-STD 006, MBO can carry out lead or lead-free alloy composition analyses on ICP-AES equipment. The results obtained can be used to adjust analysis frequencies, prevent drift and decide whether or not to correct the composition of the alloy. In the latter case, the technical and sales departments propose an optimised solution in terms of costs, timescales and results, in order to restore the alloy’s composition to within the normative specifications.

MBO also offers technical assistance when starting up a new production line or optimising an existing one.

The research and development department can provide a turnkey, tailor-made solution in the field of chemical formulation, whether for liquid fluxes or soldering pastes.
